NARENCO Wins Public School Project

August 2010

Newton-Conover City Schools awarded a solar energy project to NARENCO to place solar panels on the new middle school being built. Newton-Conover City Schools is aiming for platinum level LEED certification with the new middle school. The project is scheduled to be completed by April 2012.

City of Charlotte Awards NARENCO Airport Project

June 2010

NARENCO has won a coveted contract for a rooftop solar system at the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. The project features a 250-kilowatt system, plus 1,190 solar panels to be installed on top of a 50-year-old airport maintenance facility.

Liberty Hardware Awards NARENCO Solar Rooftop Project

May 2010

Liberty Hardware recently awarded NARENCO a solar rooftop project in Winston-Salem, NC. It is a 305.9 kWDC Array with production capacity of 404MWh annually. The system is a Fixed-tilt, Ballasted Roof-mount. The project is scheduled for completion in early Summer 2010.

Maple View Agricultural Center Builds Solar Farm

April 2010

NARENCO has been awarded a solar farm project for Maple View Agricultural Center located in Hillsborough, NC. The solar project is a 180.3kWDC array producing 238MWh annually. It is a Fixed-tilt, anchored Ground-Mount system. The project will be completed in late Spring 2010.

NARENCO Wins Major Contract

October 2009

Narenco was awarded a major solar energy contract to install a 1.2 megawatt system on the rooftop of National Gypsum's Mount Holly plant.

NARENCO Awarded Food Lion Solar Project

January 2010

Food Lion awarded NARENCO a solar energy project to be placed onto it rooftop in Salisbury, North Carolina. The 1.0MWDC array will yield 404MWh/hr. annually. It is a fixed-tilt, Ballasted Roof Mount system. It is scheduled for completion in six weeks.
